Learning Support Assistant – Gateshead

Are you passionate about working with children and young people? We are working closely with a school in the Gateshead area that are seeking a Learning Support Assistant to come on board as soon as possible.
Key Responsibilities:
Providing one-to-one and small group support to students
Assisting with learning activities in and outside the classroom
Supporting students with special educational needs (SEN) and learning difficulties
Encouraging engagement and confidence in learning

Requirements:
Experience working with young people within the past 2 years
A patient, supportive, and positive approach
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A passion for education and student development
Fully enhanced DBS or a willingness to apply for one via ourselves
