Are you an experienced HLTA looking for a rewarding role supporting young people with additional learning needs? Do you want to work in a specialist setting where you can lead interventions and make a real difference? This SEND school in South Birmingham is looking to appoint a dedicated HLTA to support Key Stage 3 and 4 students with moderate to complex needs.

As an HLTA, you will play a key role in delivering targeted interventions and supporting outreach sessions for students who require additional academic and emotional support. You will work closely with teachers and support staff to help students engage with learning, develop independence and achieve their individual goals. This is a varied and rewarding role that requires confidence, initiative and a strong understanding of SEND.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced HLTA who is confident leading small group work, delivering planned interventions and supporting students both within the school and through outreach provision.

Job Role
  • Delivering targeted interventions for Key Stage 3 and 4 students with SEND
