The Role
You’ll work closely with class teachers to deliver targeted interventions in English and maths, provide 1:1 support for pupils who need extra help, and support small group sessions. Your focus will be helping children stay engaged, make progress, and develop confidence in their learning.

You’ll also assist with general classroom management and help prepare learning materials, giving you real insight into daily school life.

The Candidate
You’ll need a degree, strong communication skills, and a genuine interest in education. Any experience working with children—volunteering, tutoring, mentoring—is a plus. You’ll get hands-on support and the chance to build skills that set you up for a PGCE or future teaching career.
