Overview

Early Years Teaching Assistant – Location: Allerton, Bradford. Contract Type: Full Time, Part Time. Salary: Β£90 – Β£100 per day. Start Date: As soon as possible.

The Education Network are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Early Years Teaching Assistant to join our vibrant and welcoming school community in Allerton, Bradford. This is a fantastic opportunity for an Early Years Teaching Assistant to make a real difference in the lives of young learners.

Responsibilities

  • Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and age-appropriate learning activities
  • Assist in the planning and preparation of resources for the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
  • Foster a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment
  • Provide one-to-one and small group support to children, including those with additional needs
  • Promote positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing
  • Help with personal care routines where necessary

Qualifications

  • Experience working with children in an early years setting (school or nursery)
  • A relevant Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in childcare or education
  • A warm, caring, and patient approach
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
