An Ofsted-rated Good secondary school in Dudley is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Design Technology Teacher with a specialism in Food Technology and/or Resistant Materials to join their department from September 2026 on a full-time, long-term basis. The role involves teaching Design Technology across KS3 and KS4, with a focus on delivering engaging practical lessons in Food Technology and supporting the Eduqas Level 1 & 2 Hospitality & Catering curriculum. The ability to contribute to Resistant Materials lessons would also be highly beneficial.
You will be responsible for planning and delivering practical and theory lessons, maintaining safe workshop and kitchen environments, assessing student progress, and supporting pupils in developing creativity, technical skills, and confidence.
