The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Drama Teacher to join a Good-rated secondary school in Staffordshire from November 2025. This full-time, long-term role involves delivering engaging and inspiring lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, fostering students’ confidence, collaboration, and performance skills. You’ll take full classroom responsibilities, including planning, delivering, and assessing a rich Drama curriculum that encourages creativity, self-expression, and teamwork. The successful candidate will also have opportunities to support extracurricular performances and contribute to the school’s thriving arts community.
