These opportunities are ideal for newly qualified teachers looking to gain valuable classroom experience and develop their teaching practice in supportive school environments.

The Role

  • Deliver engaging and inclusive lessons in line with the national curriculum
  • Create a positive and well-managed classroom environment
  • Assess, monitor, and support pupil progress
  • Work collaboratively with experienced teachers and support staff
  • Contribute to the wider life of the school

Roles are available across EYFS, KS1, and KS2, on a supply, long-term, or permanent basis.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Hold QTS or be due to qualify as an ECT
  • Be passionate about teaching and learning
  • Demonstrate strong classroom organisation and communication skills
  • Be eager to learn, develop, and receive feedback
  • Hold an enhanced DBS on the update service, or be willing to apply for one
