The Role
- Support the HR lead to ensure records are accurate and deadlines are met.
- Keep the HRIS up to date, file RTW evidence and maintain personnel files.
- Post vacancies, screen CVs, book interviews and prepare offer packs.
- Run onboarding tasks, collect references and set up new starters on systems.
- Track absence, holidays and probation reviews and chase missing returns.
- Prepare standard letters and contracts from templates and log changes for payroll.
- Answer HR inbox queries, escalate where needed and produce simple monthly metrics for SLT.
- Ensure GDPR and safeguarding rules are always followed.
The Candidate & Requirements
- Organised, discreet and steady under deadlines.
- Ability to write clean emails and keep a clear audit trail.
- Degree 2:2 or above in any subject.
- Confident communicator with strong written English.
- Good Excel skills and quick to learn HR systems.
