You will work closely with experienced Teaching Assistants to create a structured and inclusive classroom environment where students can build confidence, develop independence and engage positively with learning.

Job Role:
  • Teaching small classes of students with Autism and Moderate Learning Needs
  • Delivering engaging and differentiated maths lessons
  • Providing cover across other subject areas as a class teacher
  • Creating a structured, inclusive and supportive classroom environment
  • Working closely with Teaching Assistants to support learning and engagement
  • Supporting students’ communication, confidence and independence
  • Assessing, monitoring and recording students’ progress
  • Contributing to EHCP targets and personalised learning plans
