The Role: You will support the day-to-day HR function so staff records, recruitment and onboarding run smoothly. You will maintain accurate personnel files, update the HR system and manage right-to-work and safeguarding checks. You will assist with recruitment administration, including advertising roles, booking interviews and preparing offer packs. You will support new starters through induction, track probation reviews, and update absence and holiday records. You will draft standard letters and contracts from templates, log changes for payroll and respond to HR inbox queries. Confidentiality, GDPR and safeguarding procedures are followed at all times.
The Candidate & Requirements: You are organised, discreet and reliable, with a clear interest in HR and administration. You communicate clearly and keep a clean audit trail. Degree 2:2 or above in any subject. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Confident using Microsoft Word, Excel and shared systems. Willingness to obtain an Enhanced DBS. Previous admin or HR experience is desirable but not essential.
