You’ll be joining a well-established brand with more than three decades of history supporting schools across the West Midlands. With a trusted name, a loyal client base, and the backing of the Pertemps Network Group, you’ll have everything you need to grow, succeed, and take your career to the next level.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Owning and developing your desk across Primary, Secondary, or SEND
  • Building strong, long-term partnerships with schools and education professionals
  • Recruiting and placing teachers, support staff, and specialists into both temporary and permanent roles
  • Growing your network, generating new business, and managing your candidate pipeline
  • Representing our values through transparent communication, integrity, and genuine care for the communities we serve

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous recruitment experience (education, healthcare, industrial or commercial backgrounds welcome)
  • Someone who enjoys developing business and nurturing relationships
  • Confident communication and the ability to adapt to different stakeholders
  • Ambition, drive, and a proactive approach to building a successful desk
  • A positive, people-focused mindset and a genuine desire to make a difference
