Key Responsibilities
- Data Management: Support the maintenance and accuracy of student, staff, and curriculum data in our school's information systems, ensuring all data is up-to-date and accurate.
- Administrative Support: Assist with general administrative tasks related to data, including managing data entry, verifying records, and supporting reporting requirements.
- Systems Development: Work with the data team and IT staff to improve data processes, support software updates, and implement best practices.
- Compliance & Data Protection: Help ensure compliance with GDPR and school policies by following data security and confidentiality protocols.
About You
- Strong interest in data management and administration, ideally with some experience in a similar environment.
- Organised, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of data protection principles, including GDPR, or willingness to learn.
