The Education Network is looking to appoint a driven and organised Candidate Resourcer to join our successful Birmingham team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast‑paced environment, and is looking to build a career in education recruitment.
As a Resourcer, you will play a vital role in supporting our recruitment consultants by sourcing, screening and supporting teaching and support staff for schools across Birmingham and the West Midlands. You will be part of a supportive, friendly team where hard work is recognised, and career progression is actively encouraged.
The Role Will Include:
- Sourcing candidates for teaching and support roles using job boards, databases and social media
- Speaking to candidates to understand their experience, availability and career goals
- Registering candidates and completing compliance and safeguarding checks
- Building strong, long‑term relationships with teachers, Teaching Assistants and support staff
- Working closely with consultants to find the best talent to support our schools
- Keeping accurate and up‑to‑date records on the CRM system
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A confident and professional telephone manner
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- The ability to work in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment
- Previous experience in recruitment, sales, education, or customer service
- A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn
