We are working on behalf of our client to recruit a full-time Administrator to join a friendly and supportive team within a specialist education environment. This setting supports further education learners with Special Educational Needs (SEN), offering a rewarding and structured workplace.
The Role
- Full-time, 5 days per week
- Working hours: 8:30am – 5:00pm (4:30pm finish on Fridays)
- £12.75 – £13.50 per hour (depending on experience)
- Immediate start once compliance checks are complete
- Likely to run until the end of the academic year (mid-July)
Key Responsibilities
- General administrative support across the setting
- Managing emails, phone calls, and front‑of‑house enquiries
- Maintaining accurate student records and documentation
- Supporting staff and leadership with day‑to‑day operations
- Ensuring confidentiality and compliance at all times
The Ideal Candidate
- Previous administration experience (education experience desirable)
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Confident using IT systems and Microsoft Office
