We are looking for a proactive Attendance Support Assistant to join a dedicated team supporting student engagement and attendance.
The role:
- Monitor and track student attendance
- Carry out home visits and liaise with families
- Support strategies to improve attendance and punctuality
- Work closely with pastoral and safeguarding teams
Requirements:
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Experience working with young people or families desirable
- Resilient, approachable and solution-focused
