We are looking for a proactive Attendance Support Assistant to join a dedicated team supporting student engagement and attendance.

The role:

  • Monitor and track student attendance
  • Carry out home visits and liaise with families
  • Support strategies to improve attendance and punctuality
  • Work closely with pastoral and safeguarding teams

Requirements:

  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Experience working with young people or families desirable
  • Resilient, approachable and solution-focused
