We pride ourselves on running an accurate payroll to ensure our staff are paid correctly and on time every week. * Keeping tutor availability fully up to date via an excel spreadsheet * Reporting weekly figures to our director & updating internal budgeting spreadsheets to ensure we are on target for that half term. * Updating company website & social media pages. What experience do I need? * At least 2 years recent experience within in an administrative role, preferably recruitment * Experience of using Word, Excel and Outlook * The ability to produce professionally written emails and someone takes a great deal of pride in your work – every email sent reflects our business. * The ability to pick things up quickly and deal with a high number of communications both by email and phone. The ability to prioritise workload and multitask is crucial. * Extremely down to earth, yet professional and presentable. We pride ourselves on our friendly, relaxed approach whilst offering a super speedy, efficient service to our schools and candidates with the utmost professionalism. * A candidate that is keen to learn * Able to balance a wide range of tasks without needing much direction – you need to work off your own ‘steam’ be able to self-motivate and enjoy being busy and keeping yourself busy in the quieter times. * Although it may sound cliché, as we are a small team, we need a team player and someone who goes above and beyond to get the job done and ‘muck in’ where and when needed
