Key Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one or small group support to students with diverse learning needs.
- Assist teachers in implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) and adapting teaching materials.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment, promoting students' social and emotional well-being.
- Collaborate with teaching staff and other support professionals to create a cohesive and effective learning experience.

Requirements
- Previous experience working with secondary school students.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patient, empathetic, and a passion for helping students overcome challenges.
- Relevant qualifications in education or related field preferred.
