Overview

We are recruiting a calm, compassionate, and dedicated 1:1 Teaching & Learning Support Practitioner to provide tailored support to an individual learner, helping them overcome barriers, build confidence, and achieve positive outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver tailored 1:1 support to meet academic, social, and emotional needs.
  • Build a strong, trusting relationship with the pupil.
  • Support engagement with learning and classroom routines.
  • Implement behaviour and emotional regulation strategies.
  • Work closely with teachers, pastoral staff, and external professionals.
  • Promote independence, resilience, and positive outcomes.
