Overview
We are recruiting a calm, compassionate, and dedicated 1:1 Teaching & Learning Support Practitioner to provide tailored support to an individual learner, helping them overcome barriers, build confidence, and achieve positive outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver tailored 1:1 support to meet academic, social, and emotional needs.
- Build a strong, trusting relationship with the pupil.
- Support engagement with learning and classroom routines.
- Implement behaviour and emotional regulation strategies.
- Work closely with teachers, pastoral staff, and external professionals.
- Promote independence, resilience, and positive outcomes.
