The predicted salary is between 31500 - 38500 Β£ per year.

We are working with a school in the North Tyneside area that is seeking a Progress Lead / HLTA to join their team as soon as possible.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing one-to-one and small group support to students
  • Assisting with learning activities in and outside the classroom
  • Supporting students with special educational needs (SEN) and learning difficulties
  • Encouraging engagement and confidence in learning

Requirements:

  • Experience working with young people within the past 2 years
  • Must be a qualified HLTA
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • A passion for education and student development
  • Fully enhanced DBS or a willingness to apply for one via ourselves
