Duration: Approximately 5 weeks initially, with the possibility of an extension through to Christmas

Hours: Monday 1:40pm–4:00pm and Thursday 10:00am–1:00pm
The Education Network is currently recruiting for an experienced Level 3 WJEC Criminology Lecturer to support a Sixth Form College in Stockton-on-Tees on a supply basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for a suitably qualified and experienced Criminology teacher or lecturer looking for a part-time temporary role with the potential for an extension.

The role will involve:

Delivering engaging Level 3 WJEC Criminology lessons
Planning and delivering high-quality sessions appropriate for post-16 learners
Supporting students with their coursework, assessment and examination preparation
Maintaining a positive and inclusive learning environment
Working collaboratively with the college to ensure continuity for learners
The timetable is:

Monday: 1:40pm–4:00pm
Thursday: 10:00am–1:00pm
The role is expected to run for approximately 5 weeks initially, starting as soon as possible, with the possibility of an extension through to Christmas.
The ideal candidate will have:

Experience teaching Level xgikmsk 3 Criminology, ideally WJEC
Relevant teaching/lecturing qualifications and subject knowledge
Experience working with Sixth Form or post-16 learners
Strong classroom management and communication skills
A commitment to supporting students to achieve their full potential
