IT Technician – Secondary School Location: Durham Salary: £120–£150 per day Job Type: Temporary / Supply The Education Network are currently recruiting for an IT Technician to join a mainstream secondary school in Durham. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced IT professional to work within a busy school environment, providing essential technical support to staff and students. The successful candidate will be a friendly, approachable and technically confident individual who can diagnose and resolve a wide range of IT issues while providing excellent customer service. The Role As an IT Technician, you will provide first and second-line technical support across the school, helping to ensure that IT systems, hardware and classroom technology are working effectively. Your responsibilities will include: Providing technical support to staff and students via the school helpdesk. Diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, printing and network issues.
