  • Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Is available to work 5 days per week
  • Has experience working with pupils with additional needs or SEMH (desirable)
  • Is confident in behaviour management and inclusive teaching strategies
  • Is patient, adaptable, and passionate about making a difference
  • Works well as part of a collaborative team
