Are you a passionate and dedicated Business Studies Teacher looking for an exciting opportunity in a supportive secondary school? We are seeking a Business Studies teacher to join a well-established school in the Newcastle area with an OFSTED rating of 'good'. The role is to begin as soon as possible and is on an ongoing basis for the remainder of the academic year with the potential of continuing with the right candidate.
The Role:
- Teaching Business Studies to KS4 and KS5 students
- Teaching Level 2 Travel and Tourism lessons
- Planning and delivering engaging lessons that inspire and challenge pupils
- Assessing and tracking student progress
- Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to enhance the Business Studies curriculum
The Ideal Candidate:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), QTLS or relevant qualification
- Experience teaching Business Studies at secondary level
- Strong classroom management skills
- Ability to motivate and engage students of all abilities
Please note, this is a main pay scale role and the pay range of £162.31 - £251.71 is linked to your current teacher pay scale.
