Role Overview:
- Delivering Entry Level and Functional Skills English
- Working with pupils with ASD, SEMH and learning difficulties
- Supporting learners working at a lower academic level
- Teaching within a small-group, specialist setting
Requirements:
- Strong experience supporting SEN learners
- Confident teaching Entry Level / Functional Skills English
- Flexible, calm and adaptable approach
- Ability to work respectfully within a religious community setting
Desirable:
- Background in SEN schools, alternative provision or specialist settings
- QTS advantageous but not essential
