The Education Network is currently recruiting caring and enthusiastic Early Years Teaching Assistants to support Nursery and Reception classes across a range of schools and early years settings. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about supporting young children during the crucial early stages of their learning and development.
The Role
- Support children in Nursery and Reception settings
- Assist with play-based learning and early development activities
- Work with small groups or on a 1:1 basis when required
- Help create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment
- Support children’s social, emotional, and educational development
Requirements
- Experience working with young children (EYFS experience preferred)
- A warm, patient, and positive approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Understanding of the EYFS framework (desirable)
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
