The predicted salary is between 28800 - 48000 £ per year.

The Education Network is currently working in partnership with an Academy in South Durham, searching for a qualified English Teacher. The role is initially temporary from June 2025 - October 2025, however there is an opportunity for the successful candidate to be extended or appointed on a school contract.

In order to be successful in your application you must be confident and experienced as an English Teacher at KS3-4.

Requirements for the role:
  • QTS or other UK recognised Teaching qualification.
  • Experience teaching English at KS3-4.
  • A degree in a relevant subject.
  • Experience in the classroom.
  • Have strong interpersonal skills in order to effectively communicate with staff, parents and students.
  • Have excellent organisational and time management skills.
