The Education Network is currently looking to recruit a full time Nursery Teacher to cover maternity period from Easter 2026. Candidates should have a good understanding of teaching and assessment within EYFS and/or experience of teaching in a Nursery aged classroom. The successful applicant will be joining a fantastic Nursery department within one of our partner schools where they will be working closely with the EYFS lead.
The school’s nursery curriculum places a huge emphasis on communication and language as well as personal, social and emotional development. You will be responsible for all aspects of classroom management and lesson delivery, and will excite and motivate students to enjoy their education. The ideal teacher will:
- Have QTS or an overseas equivalent
- Possess a strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum
- Effectively communicate with students, staff and parents
- Have good organisational and time management skills
- Be able to plan and assess effectively
