Teacher (Specialist Support Base) - Northumberland

Are you a passionate and dedicated teacher looking for a new exciting opportunity in a supportive secondary school?

We are seeking a teacher for a brand new Specialist Support Base within a school based within the Northumberland area.

The role is to begin in September and is ongoing until Christmas with the potential of extending.

The Role

  • Teaching across a range of abilities and ages
  • Working with students with SEMH and Social Communication needs
  • Assessing and tracking student progress
  • Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to enhance the curriculum

The Ideal Candidate

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), QTLS or relevant qualification
  • Experience teaching at secondary level
  • Strong classroom management skills
  • Ability to motivate and engage students of all abilities

Please note, this is a main pay scale role and the pay range of £162.31 - £251.71 is linked to your current teacher pay scale.
