Progress Lead / Higher Level Teaching Assistant - North Tyneside
We are working with a school in the North Tyneside area that are seeking a Progress Lead / HLTA to join their team as soon as possible.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing one-to-one and small group support to students
- Assisting with learning activities in and outside the classroom
- Supporting students with special educational needs (SEN) and learning difficulties
- Encouraging engagement and confidence in learning
Requirements:
- Experience working with young people within the past 2 years
- Must be a qualified HLTA
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A passion for education and student development
- Fully enhanced DBS or a willingness to apply for one via ourselves
