Are you a passionate and dedicated PE teacher looking for an exciting opportunity in a supportive secondary school? We are seeking a male PE teacher to join a well-established school in the Gateshead area, the role is to begin September 2026 and is on an ongoing basis.

The Role:

  • Teaching PE to KS3 and KS4 students
  • Planning and delivering engaging lessons that inspire and challenge pupils
  • Assessing and tracking student progress
  • Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to enhance the Maths curriculum

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), QTLS or relevant qualification
  • Experience teaching PE at secondary level
  • Strong classroom management skills
  • Ability to motivate and engage students of all abilities

Please note, this is a main pay scale role and the pay range of £162.31 - £251.71 is linked to your current teacher pay scale.
