Are you a passionate and dedicated teacher looking for a new exciting opportunity in a supportive secondary school? We are seeking a teacher for a brand new Specialist Support Base within a school based in the Northumberland area. The role is to begin in September and is ongoing until Christmas with the potential of extending.
The Role:
- Teaching across a range of abilities and ages
- Working with students with SEMH and Social Communication needs
- Assessing and tracking student progress
- Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to enhance the curriculum
The Ideal Candidate:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), QTLS or relevant qualification
- Experience teaching at secondary level
- Strong classroom management skills
- Ability to motivate and engage students of all abilities
