Interim Deputy Headteacher - Behaviour, Attitudes and Attendance - Secondary School. This dynamic secondary school in Birmingham is seeking an experienced Interim Deputy Headteacher to take strategic responsibility for behaviour, attitudes, and attendance. This is a high-impact leadership role within a school led by an outstanding Headteacher, supported by a strong and established middle leadership team, and benefiting from excellent facilities and a positive learning environment.

This role requires a Deputy Headteacher with proven experience leading on behaviour and attendance at whole-school level. You will play a key role in maintaining high standards, supporting staff, and ensuring students are fully engaged, supported, and meeting expectations around conduct and attendance. Job Role

  • Leading whole-school behaviour, attitudes, and attendance strategies
  • Driving sustained improvements in attendance and punctuality
