Job Description
- Supporting students with complex SEND needs across Key Stage 3 and 4.
- Providing one-to-one support and running small group interventions.
- Helping students with emotional regulation and social interaction.
- Working collaboratively with teachers and other Teaching Assistants.
- Promoting positive behaviour and supporting individual learning plans.
