Level 3 Teaching Assistant – Special School – North BirminghamAre you a skilled and compassionate Level 3 Teaching Assistant looking to make a real difference in the lives of children with special educational needs? A welcoming and inclusive special school in North Birmingham is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to support primary-aged pupils with a range of complex needs, including Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD) and Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD).As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in creating a nurturing, structured, and engaging environment that meets the individual needs of each child. Working closely with the class teacher and a team of supportive staff, you will help deliver personalised learning plans, provide personal care when needed, and support children in developing their communication, independence, and emotional wellbeing.Job Role:
  • Supporting pupils with complex needs, including MLD and PMLD
  • Assisting with the delivery of tailored learning activities
  • Providing 1:1 and small group support, both in and out of the classroom
