Are you an experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant looking for a role where you can make a genuine difference to young people who have struggled in mainstream education? A small specialist SEMH school in Walsall is looking for a committed HLTA to support students who have been excluded from mainstream schools and help them rebuild the skills, confidence and relationships needed to succeed in education.
