Special Needs Teacher – Key Stage 2 – Moderate Learning Needs\\nAre you an experienced Special Needs Teacher with a passion for helping children reach their full potential? This warm and inclusive special school in Coventry is seeking a dedicated and creative Special Needs Teacher to teach a small Key Stage 2 class of six pupils with moderate learning needs, including Autism, MLD and Asperger’s.\\n\\nThis is a rewarding opportunity for a compassionate and adaptable teacher who can create a supportive and engaging learning environment where every child feels valued and encouraged. You will be supported by a team of skilled Teaching Assistants and a leadership team that truly understands the importance of nurturing both pupils and staff.\\n\\nJob Role:\\n\\nTeaching a small class of six Key Stage 2 pupils with moderate learning needs.\\nPlanning and delivering engaging, differentiated lessons across the primary curriculum.\\nCreating a positive, structured and inclusive classroom environment.\\nWorking closely with teaching assistants, therapists and parents to ensure each pupil’s needs are met.\\nSupporting pupils’ academic progress, emotional development and social skills.\\nMonitoring progress and contributing to personalised learning plans and EHCP reviews.Requirements:\\n\\nQualified Teacher Status (QTS) – Primary or SEND specialist.\\nExperience teaching children with Autism, MLD or similar special educational needs.\\nA calm, patient and adaptable approach to teaching.\\nThe ability to inspire confidence, curiosity and independence in learners.\\nStrong teamwork and communication skills.In return, you will be joining a well-resourced and welcoming school that prides itself on its supportive culture, small class sizes and excellent facilities.
