This specialist school in Birmingham is looking to appoint a committed SEND Teacher to join their team for a September 2026 start.
As a SEND Teacher, you will teach small classes of pupils with a range of special educational needs, including complex learning needs, Autism, communication impairments and physical disabilities. You will deliver a highly personalised curriculum that supports academic progress, communication, independence and life skills development. The school offers a nurturing and structured environment where pupils are encouraged to thrive at their own pace.
You will work closely with experienced Teaching Assistants, therapists and senior leaders to create engaging learning experiences tailored to individual needs. This is an excellent opportunity for a teacher who wants to make a genuine difference in a rewarding specialist setting.
This role would suit a qualified teacher with QTS and a genuine interest in SEND. Previous experience teaching in a SEND or complex needs school is desirable but not essential.
