Requirements:
- Business Leadership – Proven experience leading finance, operations, administration, or business functions within a school or similar setting.

- Communication – Clear and confident verbal and written communication with staff, governors, external partners, and wider stakeholders.
- Enhanced DBS – Must hold or be willing to obtain an Enhanced DBS certificate.
- Operational Management – Strong experience across areas such as budget management, compliance, HR, premises, procurement, or support services.
