Key Stage 2 Teacher

Key Stage 2 Teacher required to teach a small Year 6 class for the remainder for the academic year. This lovely South Birmingham Primary school are looking for a Key Stage 2 Teacher to teach a Year 6 class with excellent behaviour and the support of  wonderful Teaching Assistant. This vibrant and nurturing primary school is looking to add a superstar SATs specialist to the team to teach a class of 30 Year 6 pupils. Main Responsibilities: Your role as a Key Stage 2 Teacher is to maintain a thorough and up to date knowledge of the teaching of your subjects and take account of wider curriculum developments relevant to your work  To plan lessons and activities to meet pupils individual learning needs as a Year 6 Teacher To use a range of appropriate strategies and follow school policies for teaching, behaviour management and classroom management To act as a Primary Form Teacher, exercising pastoral care and to do all that you can to ensure that you safeguard and promote the welfare of pupils in the school
