The Role: Lead the school through its next phase of development, taking full responsibility for strategic direction, standards, culture, staffing, and operational performance. You will work closely with governors, lead school improvement, drive teaching and learning, and make sure the school is well placed for sustainable growth and long-term success.

The Candidate: You are an experienced senior leader with the credibility, judgement, and resilience to lead a school effectively. You combine strategic thinking with strong operational oversight, communicate clearly with staff, governors, parents, and external stakeholders, and know how to create the conditions in which pupils and staff can perform at their best.
