We’re looking for a passionate and skilled French & German Teacher to join an improving school from September 2025. This part-time, long-term role is ideal for a linguist who thrives on variety and enjoys teaching both languages across Key Stages 3 and 4.

  • The Role
    You’ll be delivering high-quality French and German lessons to mixed-ability groups across KS3 and KS4. This is a part-time position (approximately 2–3 days per week) that will suit a teacher confident in planning and delivering engaging, differentiated lessons in both languages. You’ll be working within a collaborative MFL department with supportive colleagues and access to excellent teaching resources.

    The Candidate
    We’re looking for a qualified MFL teacher (QTS or equivalent) with recent experience teaching both French and German at KS3 and KS4. You should be a confident communicator, enthusiastic about language learning, and capable of managing classroom behaviour effectively. Whether you\’re an experienced teacher or an ECT with strong subject knowledge, we\’d love to hear from you.
