What You’ll Do:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with SEND schools and alternative provisions.
- Manage a busy desk with both temporary and permanent recruitment needs.
- Ensure compliance and safeguarding standards are upheld to keep children safe in education.
- Identify opportunities to develop new client relationships while maintaining existing ones.
- Deliver an outstanding service to candidates and clients alike, focusing on positive impact.
