  • The Role
    We are working with a number of secondary schools across Solihull to recruit reliable and confident Cover Supervisors. This role involves supervising pre-set lessons in the absence of the class teacher, ensuring students remain on task and school behaviour policies are followed.
    Opportunities are available for both long-term placements and day-to-day cover, offering flexibility alongside the chance to gain consistent classroom experience. This role is ideal for graduates, aspiring teachers, or experienced support staff.

    The Candidate
    The ideal candidate will be:

  • Confident managing classrooms across KS3 and KS4
  • Able to engage students and maintain a positive learning environment
  • Organised, adaptable, and reliable
  • Experienced working with young people (school-based experience desirable)
