Whether you're looking for flexible day-to-day work or a longer-term position, this opportunity could be a great fit for you.Key Details:
- Position: Cover Supervisor
- Location: Secondary schools across Redditch
- Salary: £500 – £750 per week (dependent on experience and assignment)
- Contract Type: Long-term and day-to-day cover available
- Key Stages: KS3 & KS4
The Role:As a Cover Supervisor, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining continuity of learning during teacher absences. You’ll deliver pre-prepared lessons, manage classroom behaviour, and ensure students remain on task. This is a fantastic opportunity for aspiring teachers, recent graduates, or those with previous classroom experience looking for flexible work.Your key duties will include:
- Supervising lessons across a variety of subjects
- Managing student behaviour in line with school policies
- Providing support to students where needed
- Reporting back to teaching staff on student progress and behaviour
