Cover SupervisorAre you confident, adaptable, and ready to take charge of the classroom? We’re recruiting proactive Cover Supervisors to work across a range of secondary schools in Redditch. Whether you're looking for flexible day-to-day work or a longer-term position, this opportunity could be a great fit for you.Key Details:

  • Position: Cover Supervisor
  • Location: Secondary schools across Redditch
  • Salary: £500 – £750 per week (dependent on experience and assignment)
  • Contract Type: Long-term and day-to-day cover available
  • Key Stages: KS3 & KS4

The Role:As a Cover Supervisor, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining continuity of learning during teacher absences. You’ll deliver pre-prepared lessons, manage classroom behaviour, and ensure students remain on task. This is a fantastic opportunity for aspiring teachers, recent graduates, or those with previous classroom experience looking for flexible work.Your key duties will include:

  • Supervising lessons across a variety of subjects
  • Managing student behaviour in line with school policies
  • Providing support to students where needed
  • Reporting back to teaching staff on student progress and behaviour
