This nurturing special school is looking to add an experienced Complex Need Teacher to its supportive team. Do you want to teach small classes where personalised learning, care and consistency help pupils thrive? As a Special Needs Teacher, you will work with small classes of pupils with a range of complex learning needs, delivering a highly personalised curriculum that supports academic progress, communication and independence.
You will create a calm, structured and engaging classroom where pupils feel safe, valued and able to succeed.
