A friendly primary school in Birmingham is looking to appoint a Level 3 Teaching Assistant to provide dedicated 1-2-1 support for a Key Stage 2 pupil with a primary diagnosis of ASC. This long-term role is perfect for an experienced Teaching Assistant who is passionate about helping pupils overcome barriers to learning and thrive in the classroom.
As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting one child throughout the school day, ensuring they remain engaged, feel safe, and make meaningful progress both academically and socially. Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO, you will help implement personalised support strategies and adapt tasks to meet the student’s individual needs.
