Are you ready to help lead a high performing SEND school that secures outstanding outcomes for pupils? We are looking for a Deputy Headteacher who is an aspiring Headteacher to provide clear strategic leadership from day one. You will set direction, raise quality, and support creative education plans across the whole school.

Pay Scale: L10 to L16, £65,000 - £75,000 per annum

Lead as part of the SLT. Are you ready to lead a specialist school and lift outcomes for pupils with complex SEND? You will set direction, keep children safe, and drive steady growth. You will lead a skilled team and work closely with the headteacher.

  • Set a clear progression plan and track impact each term.
  • Secure high quality teaching, assessment, and interventions.
  • Oversee EHCPs, annual reviews, and provision mapping.
  • Manage budget, staffing, estates, and risk.
  • QTS and senior leadership experience in SEND or mainstream.
  • Impact on outcomes for pupils with SEND.
