This specialist SEND school in Warwickshire is looking to appoint a dedicated Assistant Headteacher / SENCO to join their senior leadership team. This welcoming and well‑resourced school supports children and young people with a range of special educational needs, providing a nurturing, structured and inclusive learning environment where pupils are supported to thrive both academically and personally. As Assistant Headteacher / SENCO, you will play a key role in the strategic leadership of SEND provision across the school. You will work closely with the Headteacher and wider leadership team to ensure high‑quality teaching, effective interventions and outstanding support for pupils with additional needs. You will oversee EHCP processes, coordinate provision and support staff in delivering personalised learning for all students. This role would suit an experienced SENCO ready to step into senior leadership, or an established Assistant Headteacher with strong SEND experience and the appropriate qualification.
