- As a Pastoral Lead, you will be an integral part of the SLT where you will lead on: -
- Behaviour, welfare and attendance working with staff, parents and third party agencies.
- The creation of a welcoming learning environment where students and staff feel part of something special.
- Help develop a culture that builds confidence and engagement.
- Creating, underpinning, and driving safeguarding and policy across school,
- Leading on positive processes to include managing behaviour, and well-being.
- Supporting and managing the support team to achieve positive outcomes.
- You will be: -
- A qualified, Pastoral Lead or Designate Safeguarding Lead.
- Able to work as the Pastoral Lead across school.
- Totally committed to the future prospects of the children and young adults you support.
- Used to managing and implementing policy to include managing complex data.
- You will bring a smile to this role and be part of something amazing.
