This is a fantastic opportunity for a Behaviour Mentor to make a genuine difference to a young person's education and help them re-engage with school. As a Behaviour Mentor, you will provide dedicated 1-2-1 support to a student within a Key Stage 3 or Key Stage 4 Alternative Provision setting. This Behaviour Mentor role would suit someone who is calm, patient and resilient, with the ability to build strong and trusting relationships with young people. Previous experience as a Behaviour Mentor, Teaching Assistant, Learning Support Assistant, Youth Worker or within an Alternative Provision, PRU, SEMH or SEND setting would be highly beneficial.
